The death of Kobe was a great shock to many.

Sadness filled many who loved Kobe. He is not only a good NBA star but an inspiration to them in many ways.

Coping with death can be hard especially for his loved ones.

We may not forget the death of the loved ones and we need not force ourselves to forget the reality.

The more one tries to forget, the harder it may become.

Taking things as it is and acknowledge our own emotions can be a great help.

Some may simply need a good cry and move on from there.
