I'd power up 1k to 1.5k, then I'd use about 200$-300$ worth to invest in 1 or 2 sectors from my country as it would be cheaper with less traction fees etc than other markets.(Could be better to just get my first satoshis with it but I'm thinking at current prices it wouldn't be worthwhile unless I never plan on taking profits from there.) I'd also withdraw some to go ham on steemfes I mean my birthday and keep the rest as liquid steem, coz you never know.

I will go to some town in my country, Indonesia to promote Steem Blockchain for University Students and I will inform them all About the way to create a post, interacting with other users, to withdraw their rewards from steem wallet to their bank account, and I will write a weekly report for you in detail what I have done.

I would take that 5000 Steem and power it up on Indiaunited community account and reinstate activities on our Indian community as #newsteem is bringing lots of hopes for us. 

With 5k STEEM I'd re-launch my work on Steemmonsters/Splinterlands to disrupt the obvious monopolies that have formed. I'd use most of this as capital to fund an automated card buying bot, but I've also been working on rentals, bids, the general market I had before, and I'm interested building some of those 'delegation teams' that have formed to play hodl'ers cards.

I'd also like to see what everyone thinks is underdeveloped and in need of attention in this world. Been dealing with 'real life' and disconnected, but recently powered up 2,800+ SP and trying to get re-engaged here again.

First, a brainstormsession with @asgarth to make it easier for people to sign up via Steempeak and fund whatever amount necessary to accomplish this. 
Second, start a guerrilla marketing campaign to get the attention of the world wide online Cannabis community to a Weed inspired Tribe with the main focus on the benefits of Cannabis and the fight for legalization. 

If I was given 5,000 STEEM I would just say fuck it and finish the SteemGalaxy project I have a proposal for that isn't going to get funded.   I just don't have a lot of motivation to do anything besides keep putting up content and keep up the curation for the time being.  

Part of the funds I would power up and part of the funds I would dollar peg for a bit because I feel like we are going to have one last capitulation move down that will be harsh and then I would move the funds back and power them up and rotate them through.

I'd use it to support some other Dev projects I've been looking at (@lividseagulls / @litewallet) as well as using some of it to fund my own apps (I'd probably power it up and spend it out of pocket).

Personally speaking, i would powered up 4.5k on steemit and the rest 500 i will use them to power up first my steemleo account (400) and secondary, 100 just to celebrate my luck with beers!

5k steem would make 10 minnows. So I would spread it out to 10 people and make them a full fledged little fish. At least they would have the slider then. The only way I could decide who would be random draw of new accounts. Thoug hmy ability to do such a thing is pretty limited so I would most likely have to as kfor help.

5000 Steem is enough to start a new Tribe in Steem Engine, so to answer your question, I will start a new community about food / baking / food business. From there, I will invite my friends from my other social media network to join the community.

We need more communities with a specific type of interest and it should not always be about steem / crypto / blockchain. Something that others can relate to. Cheers!

Well, right now it seems the Steemit 2019 silver rounds are struggling to get pre-orders done... Which are some of the coolest silver coins to collect.

- I'd simply buy $800 of pre-orders which is about 33 coins.
- And then host contests on various social platforms to give them out for free.
-Obviously keeping 1 or 2 to myself.

That would be my project - and probably one of the best ways to use $800 to attract new users and market steemit.

I will sell it and buy a new laptop for me as this one is not letting me do my work.

5K Steem is about 825 USD. I would probably cash out and buy myself something nice to celebrate my birthday. I would also use some of the money to buy books I need during the last 3 months in School, and to help me pay off a small bill or two.

So yeah, I would probably use it to help myself to graduate.

In case I wouldn't be allowed to use it in real life, I would probably power up 50-60% of it and host multiple contests, where I would try to encourage and motivate newcomers and "lesser accounts" to produce quality content. I think it's important to reward and motivate these users so they actually *feel* that it would be worth to power up and/or invest in Steem.

I'll use it to bulk up by registering at a gym and following a diet plan then make weekly video documentaries about my journey through Dtube.

I would dedicate an entire month to working on [Native Ads](https://github.com/imwatsi/hivemind/blob/master/docs/native_ads/native_ads.md) for hivemind communities, which will probably be enough to get it out before SteemFest.

I would also help out with outstanding issues on the hivemind repo and take shots at condenser and wallet repos to help move things forward.

I'd fund my contest for two years at the current payouts ;)
