I've properly changed it to reflect this. It now reads:

You can rank up in Tiers doing any of these:
- Delegate SP. For every 100 SP delegated, rank up one tier, up to 500 SP.
- Pay STEEM per month. For every 1 STEEM paid every month, rank up two tiers, up to 2 STEEM.
- Upvote 7 @qurator posts per week for at least $ 0.05 each. Ranks up two tiers.
- *In case your vote is worth less than $ 0.05, you can still vote 7 times for $ 0.03 each, but you'll only rank up one tier.*
- *In case your vote is worth less than $ 0.03, you can still vote 7 times using 100% of a completely charged Vote Power upvote, but you'll only rank up one tier.*

One more thing: "For every 1 STEEM paid every month, rank up two tiers, up to 2 STEEM." - 1 steem is a subscription for Tier 1 (or one rank up), 2 steem for Tier 2 (or two ranks up).

In portuguese it reads "for each 1 STEEM", so it's accurate. I translated it back to english wrongly. "Para cada" can mean either "for every" or "for each", so that's my mix up. I assure you it's well written in portuguese, though.
