First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.

Another #sublimesunday on a Monday, this isn't going to be a regular thing it's just very hectic at the moment and it has not help I some how ended up doing three posts on Saturday, well the third kind of was posted early of Sunday but you get the idea. It started out pretty average with a [Speeded up dash cam video](https://steemit.com/dtube/@c0ff33a/2zucusbdwzi) I have started to get back into posting these it's quite fun seeing the traffic zip past. Then I spent Saturday afternoon trying to get the living room SmartBulb to full brightness - a bit of a challenge as the app that controlled disappeared from the iOS app store. Finally I found one, and thought it would make a good [Public information post - app to control TintLink B930 Smartbulbs](https://steemit.com/smartbulb/@c0ff33a/looking-for-an-app-to-control-your-tintlink-b930-bluetooth-smart-bulbs-i-found-one-for-you-rsutru2c) the theory being millions of these smartbulbs must have been sold around the world - and I could find no help at all on google - so creating a post on Steem would not only help people make use of their smart bulbs again - but maybe getting their bulbs to be smart again without buying new ones - people would invest the saved money in joining the awesome Steem community...selling the dream folks, selling the dream.

Settled for a quite Saturday night at home, I then discovered @snook had created a new community https://beta.steemit.com/trending/hive-101745 called #snookmademedoit and her first challenge for posts in the community was for Steemians to create a post in the community saying why they came to the Steem Blockchain - and more importantly why they are still here. What a fantastic idea - you can use the communities beta site or just start your post with the tag hive-101745 . So I created my [Why I am here on Steem](https://steemit.com/hive-101745/@c0ff33a/why-i-am-here-on-steem-a-snookemademedoit-challenge) post which took until 4am Sunday morning - well a little before but then I was distracted by other things and ended up staying awake until well past my bed time..and then slept in until Midday Sunday 🙈

That left me just a few hours spare before heading to my Dad's to put up his Christmas tree with my boy - can you tell I just ran around the tree with lights lol.

So basically I ended up with nothing of great use for a #SublimeSunday post on Sunday - and I still had my [c0ff33 vlog](https://steemit.com/dtube/@c0ff33a/hwz0ijjhb7u) post to do so that took prime time Sunday night - and not wanting to increase my post count any more for the weekend I took a break to catch up on the new season of The Grand Tour - which ended last season as the last time they would run it - in the format of a car show with audience in locations around the world. Which was fair seeing as Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond had been doing Top Gear together since 2002 - until May 2015 when Clarkson was dropped by the BBC after a physical altercation with his producer regarding whether a meat platter was acceptable sustenance  after a long day of filming. Richard Hammond and James May chose to back out of Top Gear with him - and while the BBC tried to ride off the back of the Top Gear brand the show with new hosts just didn't have anything appealing - I thought for 15 years I had been watching a show about cars - but in reality what I really enjoyed was the amazing way Clarkson, Hammond and May just worked together so perfectly - funny, quite often risqué and definitely not politically correct - the magic is you feel like you are just joining in with their crazy banter and not watching a show at all.

So The Grand Tour picked up where they left off with Top Gear, and it still had all sorts of exotic cars being tested but also the challenges - where they would take on epic tasks around the world driving specific cars chosen for them over incredible distances. And these challenges are now all they will do for the new season of The Grand Tour - a challenge per episode. And for the first episode this season - choose 3 river boats to command from Cambodia to Vietnam!

That alone leads to hilarity in the first five minutes, with Richard Hammond pointing out he has no experience with boats because he grew up in Birmingham - a British City pretty much the furthest away from the Ocean of any in the UK. And James May quite rightly points out for a car show - them being in boats is like "Someone tuning into a Jamie Oliver cookery show - only to find out this week he is painting water colours!"

I had to admire though the time that must have been spent just choosing the boats, James May famously "Captain Slow" with a 1939 vintage river boat with a whopping 95 Horse Power diesel engine. Richard Hammond with a Miami Vice Scarab speed boat - with twin V8's running a total 850 Horse Power. And of course Clarkson topping them all with a custom replica PBR (Patrol Boat River) as used in the Vietnam war - 700 Horse Power jet propelled boat, taking a piece of history back to Vietnam - but as strangely no working models exist he had this exact replica custom built.

Start to end it's a slapstick comedy of good old fashioned entertainment, with some amazing videography thrown in. With the prop boats chocked with fishing nets or mud while the jet PBR floats like a butterfly, to the weed filled end of the lake which chokes the jet intakes but the prop engine boats munch through no hassle. Throw in some crickets and hard boiled chicks in eggs, a floating hostel complete with noisey diesel generator and even locals enjoying a drink while pumping out massively bass heavy tunes - and a subtle rename of Hammonds boat from Razzle Dazzle to Jizzle Drizzle and you are going to be hard pressed not to crack a grin or two all the way through. And the last section, taking on the ocean in river boats to reach the Vietnam port - you can edit so much but that was true torture - really quite amazing all three made it to the end - not sure the camera boat did though!

Anyway I digress, did I mention doing my dad's Christmas tree - here in choppy gif glory. So after the Sunday came the Monday - back to work and oh yes of course straight back to full on non stop workathon action.

Just an average day, arrive at work just a wagon with two pallets of disposable cups turns up - and then doesn't leave for two hours after unloading because his tail lift broke while putting it back up - at least he unloaded my stock before it broke! And roasting coffee again - no matter how much stock I build up someone orders a different origin or I just run out of Ethiopian Yirgacheffee because people buy tons of it. So a morning spent roasting, checking the colour (see gif above) and when the coffee is done dropping it to cool.

Afternoon, install an espresso machine in a bar. This is a different one, but you get the idea same set up - I was a bit pushed for time as usual after doing a big delivery on the way - 60kg of machine is always a big job, plus you have to hard wire to the electric, connect it to mains water supply and then once running show the folk how to use it. Fortunately I had pre-set up everything including the grinder so it was quicker then it might have been - then back to work to pick up another 25 Hermes parcels to drop off on the way home.

And a #funkyedits to finish - long day is long and it's about time to pass out so I can start all over again 7am tomorrow. Roll on 2020 I say.
