There is a true baptism which is powerful to change our being.
When God forgive our sins,reformation and renovation begins.
Baptism is an art of faith.
Titus 3:5 says: Not by works of righteousness which we have done,but according to his mercy he saved us,by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Baptism is the washing away of sin and the renovation of our being.
Baptism is commanded by God, and should be done in the house of God, and in the name of Christ.
Acts 22:16 says: And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
The law or the doctrine of God do not take effect anywhere apart from the house of God.
The house of God is where all commandments should be obeyed.
Ezra 7:23 says: Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven,let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his son?
There is a place of law, the law of Christ have effect in the house of the Lord.
The obedience to the law should be done in the house of God.
Acts 2:38 says:Then Peter said unto them, Repent and by baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
When it said in the name of Christ,it means in the teaching of Christ.
The commandment of God is to baptized in the name of the father, the name of the father has a place.
The bible said baptizing them in, and not with or by the name of father.
So there is a place to hold baptism.
God has a household in heaven and on earth.
The church of God is the household of God here on earth.
2 Chronicles 7:16 says: For now have I choosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
God have chosen and sanctified his house which is the church of God so that his name will remain there forever.
The church is an eternal purpose of God.
Ephesians 3:11 says: According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord." |
