Why does this soubd so relatable? Maybe I could relate to this through blogging.
The way I started back in Steemit (Hive wasn't there yet), I was very enthusiastic and freewilled. I write whatever I want to write. But as people started to notice the things I make, some started to say 'you should write quality content'. It was a thing before. I think most of the newbies heard that from someone in the platform and I know there bloggers who got affected by it.
We're all amateurs, and if your a beginner and you get bombarded by people saying that to you from time to time affects even a bit if your ego. I don't think it wasn't just me.
But then again, that was years ago. We should only move forward.

You probably missed your nephew a lot that you're excited and thought about the things you can do. Have fun!" |
