Una vez frío el bizcocho, lo desmoldé y corte en 8 porciones para vender, agregué cada porción de bizcocho en sus recipientes, pinché con ayuda de un palillo todos los bizcochos para poder agregar la mezcla de tres leches.
La mezcla de tres leches es, simplemente en un bol incoporar las tres leches y mezclar con ayuda de un batidor de globo. Con ayuda de una taza medidora pequeña, fuí bañando mis bizcochos para que todos quedaran con la misma cantidad de húmedad. Para la decoración, muchas personas se inclinan a preparar un merengue a base de huevo, pero a mi no me gusta. Es por eso que uso una chantilly, que viene en polvo, que solo tengo que batir con un poco de leche liquida fría y es con esa crema que decoro mis tortas, si prefieren pueden espolvorear canela o agregar un poco de arequipe también queda deliciosa.
