Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, bendecido dia, hoy les estaré hablando de mi planta de ajonjolí para mi a la hora de cosechar es de las mejores.
Esta planta es de clima tropical y calido, pero se debe cuidar muy bien de las aves y hormigas que comen sus flores.
Ahorita esta en proceso de floración y deben ser polinizadas por las abejas y mariposas para asi convertirse en fruto.

El ajonjolí se utiliza en muchas preparaciones como cremas y aderezos que quedan con un buen sabor.
Son diminutas semillas que valen mucho, yo las prepiero tostada y despues molerla hasta dejar una pasta que se agrega a una arepa asada.

>They are tiny seeds that are worth a lot, I prefer them toasted and then grind them until they leave a paste that is added to a roasted arepa.
Son muchas las preparaciones que se hacen con esta semilla, no todos las saben preparar asi que se requiere de un experto.
Cuando sea epoca de cosecha, les mostrare como es la semilla, ademas no es facil tenerlas todas juntas porque se debe secar antes.
