>Mi primer accidente me paso 5 de marzo del 2012, yo estaba en la habitacion de mi mama porque me sentia mal tenia una pequeña fiebre si mal no recuerdo, estaba cenando viendo television eran aproximadamente las 7 pm y yo me paro a mover leve el televisor para poder ver mejor la pantalla, bueno lo muevo de un lado a otro hasta que la mitad del televisor se saliera de su lugar (lo cual no me habia dado cuenta) y como estaba medio televisor fuera de la mesa se me viene encima callendome el televisor entero en la pierna derecha haciendo que mi tobillo golpeara y se precionara en el piso (el televisor de mi mama es un mounstro, con esto quiero decir que es grande y pesado); yo pegue un grito de dolor cuando eso paso y mi mama vino corriendo a ver que me pasaba, mi papa me quito el televisor de ensima y pudimos apreciar como mi tobillo estaba fuera de su lugar, para mi mala suerte toda la calle estaba cerrada porque el presidente estaba pasando por donde vivo, asi que entro mi doctora salvaje jeje; mi mami vino y con una venda y crema fria me llevo el tobillo a su lugar, fue doloroso si, al dia siguiente fuimos al medico y no me habia roto nada gracias a Dios pero si me quedaron pequeñas secuelas de ese dia ya que la fuerza de mi pie derecho es menor que la del izquierdo

_My second accident was when I was rehearsing contemporary dance as you know I was a dancer, That afternoon we were doing practically all the rehearsal passes over the shoulder and I am a very perfectionist so I overextended my right shoulder that day causing it to come out, the most peculiar thing is It did not hurt, I did not feel any discomfort or it made me uncomfortable but the shoulder was out of place since you could feel and see how the shoulder was forward and the bones were protruding, but as I said I did not realize it I went to my classes of karate (at that time I was still practicing it) and when I get home around 8 pm I take a bath and when I go out my mother looks at my shoulder and tells me what to do to her, when I go to her she touches me and he tells me that it had come out that if it did not hurt and I told him it did not hurt and I looked in the mirror there I realized that I was not in his place and my beautiful mother came with a bandage and an arnica cream and He asked me to straighten out by doing I press on my shoulder placing it in her place to proceed to bandage my arm, there I began to feel the pain hahaha_
>Mi segundo accidente fue cuando estaba ensayando danza contemporanea como saben era bailarina, Esa tarde estuvimos haciendo practicamente todo el ensayo pasadas sobre el hombro y yo soy muy perfeccionista asi que sobreexiji mi hombro derecho ese dia ocacionando que este se me saliera, lo mas peculiar es que no me dolia, no sentia ningun malestar ni me incomodaba pero el hombro estaba fuera de su lugar ya que se podia sentir y ver como el hombro estaba hacia adelante y los huesos sobresalian, pero como dije no me di cuenta fui a mis clases de karate (en ese momento aun lo practicaba) y cuando llegue a mi casa como a las 8 pm me doy un baño y cuando salgo mi mama me mira el hombro y me dice que me hacerque a ella, cuando voy hacia ella esta me lo toca y me dice que lo tenia salido que si no me dolia y yo le dije que no me dolia y me mire en el espejo ahi me di cuenta que no estaba en su lugar y mi bella mama vino con un vendaje y una crema de arnica y me pidio que me enderezara haciendo precion en mi hombro colocandolo en su lugar para proceder a vendarme el brazo, ahi empece a sentir el dolor jajajaj
