Every evening, the class splits into groups of three, and each person gets a chance (45 minutes) to share their feelings, things coming up in their life, what their needs are, whatever is present. During this time, their triad partners ask questions, give reflection, and offer whatever support is asked for (that they feel comfortable with).\n\nMy whole sharing in triad was, obviously, around the sexual shame, dishonesty, and lack of self-love that I've been working with for the last two months so heavily.\n\nThe most exciting & fun part of the experience was making the statement, setting the intention, that if a lie does come up in the future, I will stop myself and say something like \"Hey, that's actually not true. I'm doing a lot of work around honesty & clear communication, and deleting old patterns. Here's the truth.\"\n\nWe're just one day into the three, and I already feel so much processing, healing, and growth. This was definitely the perfect end-cap for the last 2 months of potent healing that I've been doing.\n\nThank you for reading/watching.
