I understand you perfectly, although I have not lived through a war, I have lived through a not easy situation in my country for 23 years and everything keeps getting worse, much of what happens to you happens to me, lately I forget things a lot, I have no courage, I don't leave the house, I have many anxious problems. Even so, at least I have my husband, daughter and kitty by my side and that comforts me somewhat.
It is good that you express what you feel, I like you I keep everything to myself and that is not good in the long run.
I know it may not help you much, but there are wonderful people here who can support you even with a warm word, sometimes we need it and that comforts us.
