Ingredientes para realizar el té :
-Flor de jamaica 90gr
-Limón 1
-Azúcar 1 cucharada
-Agua 500ml

A continuación los pasos a seguir para preparar nuestro té:
Los pasos son sencillos y faciles de realizar , les cuento que las flores de Jamaica las metí a conservar en la nevera y le cayó agua por ello se ve como mojadas , aún así no se dañan , comencé agregando a una olla o un recipiente mis 500 mililitros de agua donde voy a cocinar las flores de jamaicas

Luego que tengamos agregada nuestra agua a la olla vamos a continuar agregando las flores de jamaica , al mismo continúe encendiendo la cocina a fuego medio para que hierva

Cuando haya hervido nuestro té, vamos a continuar colando en un recipiente aparte para retirar las flores de jamaica

Luego vamos a continuar exprimiendo a nuestro té un limón verde para darle un mejor gusto ,debemos agregar el jugo con el colador para que no caiga las semillas , les cuento que el limón ayuda a cortar la grasa del colesterol

De esta manera preparo mi té de flores de jamaica , es muy rico se los recomiendo amigos , de esta cantidad obtuve 3 tazas y compartí sanamente , las fotos las he tomado con mi tecno spark ,traduje los textos con el traductor deepl, hasta mañana amigos
