Al iniciar este post debo admitir que soy fan de los Yankees de Nueva York, pero porque lo sea no puedo negar que esta temporada fue un fracaso, ya que como mínimo debían llegar a la serie divisional y no como el segundo comodín, esperando hasta el ultimo dia de la temporada regular para clasificar, es por ello me toca decir que esta temporada que se aproxima estarán bajo la lupa, ya que tienen algunos puntos en los cuales hay que hacer énfasis, porque es como la parte endeble, y conociendo la historia de los Yankees en las agencias libre existe la posibilidad que hagan movimientos con contratos super estratosféricos, por eso el dia de hoy mencionaré esos puntos que prácticamente si o si deben mejorar.

Si quisieran echar un ojo en la agencia libre, hay algunas piezas apetecibles, las cuales de alguna manera podrían resolver este problema de los mulos, al que yo considero que encabeza la lista sería Starling Marte que viene de tener un temporadon tanto defensivo como ofensivo con .308 de promedio, 15 cuadrangulares y 55 impulsadas.

Había mencionado que Seager era lo que necesitaban, pero estoy casi seguro que los Yankees irán por Trevor Story, ya que en diversas ocasiones han ido en busca de sus servicios pero no lograron concretar el acuerdo, Story es muy buen bateador, puede conectar más de 20 cuadrangulares y la defensa está por encima del promedio, esta campaña culminó con 24 cuadrangulares, 75 impulsadas y .251 de promedio.

Una decisión que hay que tomar es en la primera base, ya que Luke Voit era el titular, las lesiones lo alejaron de la titularidad, por ello los Yankees fueron en búsqueda Anthony Rizzo, quien resolvió el problema tuvo números de 22 cuadrangulares, 61 impulsadas y .248 de promedio, entonces los Yankees deben de decidir si renovar a Rizzo, quedarse con Voit o en su defecto usar a Voit como pieza de cambio.
