| body | "It was the early morning hours, my neighbour starts his bike and drive pass. He was in a hurry. But knowing the reason behind such rush, bring smile on my face. Now a days I see many known faces in my village. Earlier these faces were like vanished, they can be seen only during festivals. But now our village is buzzing with many people especially the youths. These people who goes out to different cities to earn livlihood has now comes back to their own home, own land and finding the roots.

They have now found the earning source in our village itself and that really transforming my village. I have seen many youth bought motorcycle for their use. At first I thought it was for Passion that ever youth has, but it was the sensible move by them. They are now earning good income by using their bikes. Thanks to the evolution of e-commerce and their expansion towards the remote areas.
E-commerce websites basically the online shopping platform, not only eases the shopping needs but also generated good amount of employment opportunities. While people can order anything from anywhere by sitting at the comfort of home. The delivery of these products require timely action by the courier team. The online shopping platform either partnered with courier agencies or set up their own courier set up. These courier agency requires a good number of delivery boys to Carter to local needs.

In my knowledge currently, **17 boys** of my village and around are engaged with these courier agencies. They get good return for each delivery and also keep them occupied. More importantly one can opt it as a part time job as well. But encashing on the golden oppurtunity, our youth are utilizing it as full time. They goes out in morning , pick up all the orders from courier centre and then delivers the product in respected address and comes back home by evening or by afternoon.
What is more interesting is thst they are now living with their families and own home. *No rent to be paid, no cooking worry and nothing to bother*. Also these kids now supports their parent as well. Honestly, e-commerce does brings a good changes all over the economy. Especially creating the job oppurtunity.
