Haircut booked - so the plan is walk there and then walk back through the bush. Loved the time with Charlie the hairdresser dog. Nice escapist chat. First target was bearded orchid I saw last week. It has been broken. Walked further along to get photos of the others I saw last week

There are always spider webs
Found a new location for this bearded orchid. Hard to tell of it is the same as the prior one - the tight fibres in the centre are campestris - more fluffy is robertsonii.
This rebirth from a snapped eucalyptus gave me huge strength
No doubting this is paludosus - purple bearded orchid with no eyes
A few more to enjoy as they open

Common ant orchid in a new spot
And further along on the opposite side of the track to a prior known location
More than one
King greenhood is past its best laying down
But a new one will emerge close by
To end a caladenia catenata still flowering for a few weeks now
