*Feliz domingo a todos queridos amigos de Hive, como siempre es un placer compartir con ustedes las diversas rutinas de ejercicios, en esta ocasión la misma estará destinada a trabajar la zona muscular de los glúteos, es normal que con el pasar del tiempo el cuerpo se acostumbre a los ejercicios que más ejecutamos en las diversas zonas musculares, por eso es bueno ir innovando o intercalando los ejercicios, que si bien es cierto nos costará al inicio ejecutarlos correctamente es cuestión de práctica ir mejorando, una manera de ir corrigiendo la postura y ejecución es ejercitarse frente a un espejo o grabarse de manera que uno vea cómo se ve la ejecución del ejercicio, otro aspecto importante es ser constante para que la zona muscular desarrolle fuerza y se me haga cada vez más fácil ejecutar los diversos ejercicios, para la rutina de hoy solo vamos a necesitar un banco o silla y muchas ganas de ejercitarse, pueden agregar peso para aumentar la dificultad y trabajar aún más la zona, así que espero que la rutina se de su agrado queridos amigos.*
