Yes, in the wallet app itself. It's a lot easier to decipher the xml file if you open the wallet app to see what is going to be displayed, and where. Please see the link in the directions at the top of the page, thanx again :)

In China, through the normal channels to buy the phone, the Google Play Service can not work. I tried all kinds of methods to run the Smartcoins Wallet, finally failed .  So I need to refer to this version for translation:

I can finish it tomorrow.

Below, you mentioned google play services. China blocks a lot of stuff, I hope cryptocurrencies and decentralized apps will eventually solve that problem. 
 
Until then, I have also uploaded the Smartcoins Wallet to Aptoide, Yandex, SlideMe, AlternativeTo and F-Droid (f-droid has not published it yet, but it should appear in the next 24-48 hours there).

My phone is Samsung Note 3 (N9002) , the BitShares Wallt APP v1.0.5 download from Aptoide is working now!
There is some suggestion & bugs:
1. The show time of the LOGO “bitshares TM”  is too long, also the time before and after.
2. Can not import Backup from the  Phone's file manager, it can only load the specified type of file: https://www.steemimg.com/image/AIbIW
3. In the process of backing up the wallet file, the APP does not provide the save path option when the "download" button is clicked: https://www.steemimg.com/image/AIJsu
4. "setup"-"Backup Assets", what the mean of "Backup Assets"? Measure of the fees or the balances of the account, or the amount of the transactions? it's seems not working well.

I can only find BitShares Wallet in Yandex & Aptoide, no Smartcoins Wallet.
the de.bitsharesmunich.wallet.apk in SlideMe is not working ( only a LOGO picture), just like the apk download from F-Droid. AlternativeTo is blocked.
