Die Gelegenheit das eine oder andere interessante virtuelle Grundstück in Upland zu ergattern. Zudem ein guter Zeitpunkt für alle Interessenten, um in Upland zu starten.

<a id="D4">[ D ]</a> <u>**Alles zum City Release London & Birmingham**</u>

**Heute besteht in Upland die Chance, einige interessante virtuelle Grundstücke in England zu ergattern!**

Der City Release geht im sogenannten Vanilla Modus über die Bühne, d.h. die Collections (Sammlungen) werden erst eine Woche nach dem Release bekannt gegeben. Daher ist es Glückssache, ob man Collection Properties erwischt, die höhere Einnahmen bringen, sofern dann die Sammlungsvoraussetzungen auch erfüllt sind. Zum Beispiel gibt es bei den meisten Sammlungen die Voraussetzung 2 bis 4 Grundstücke in einem gewissen Gebiet (Neighborhood), oder an einer gewissen Straße zu besitzen.

Es empfiehlt sich, zu planen, wie viel man ausgeben und in welcher der beiden Städte man teilnehmen will. Weiters kann man auch Überlegungen anstellen, wo und was nach Möglichkeit vorrangig gemintet werden soll. Wer sich diesbezüglich noch keine Gedanken gemacht hat, kann sich die London Collection Predictions von Radishhead ansehen. (Das Video ist unten eingebettet.)

**Es gilt auch, die üblichen Vorbereitungen zu treffen, bevor es los geht:**

- Auf genügend Sends achten.
- Für ausreichend UPX sorgen.
- Rechtzeitig anreisen und startbereit sein.
- In den Settings alles bis auf "Show FSA Markers" deaktivieren.
- Den Block Explorer gegebenenfalls vorab mittels Sends zu bereits geminteten Grundstücken oder dem Bahn-Terminal in die gewünschte Richtung zu manövrieren, falls er in eine unvorteilhafte Richtung unterwegs ist.

Da es sich um einen Teilrelease in den beiden Städten handelt, wird es nicht lange dauern, bis die interessantesten Regionen und besondere Properties gemintet sind. Die meisten Spieler werden in diesen hochattraktiven Vierteln nur minten können, wenn ihr Block-Explorer bereits vor Ort ist. Wie immer kann unmittelbar im Bereich des Block Explorers und auch entlang der Strecke gemintet werden, wo sich der Blockexplorer kurz zuvor befunden hat (entlang der noch sichtbaren Block Explorer Spur). Der eine oder andere schnelle Send zu gewissen anderen Positionen wird sich ausgehen, aber viel Zeit sollte man sich nicht lassen. Teurere Grundstücke in eher uninteressanten Regionen wird es hingegen vermutlich etwas länger geben.

Neueinsteiger wird empfohlen in Birmingham zu starten und beim Release Non-FSA Grundstücke zu priorisieren (da diese schneller verkaufbar sind) und nur wenn solche nicht verfügbar oder in Reichweite sind, FSA Properties zu minten.

In der Anfangsphase (beim und nach dem Release) lassen sich generell durch den Verkauf geminteter Grundstücke gute Gewinne erzielen.

- Teilrelease der Städte mit rund 20.000 Grundstücken in London und 10.000 Grundstücken in Birmingham.
- Kostenloser Flug nach London über alle internationalen (gelben) Terminals in Upland von Dienstag, 25. April, um 7:00 Uhr PT bis Donnerstag, 27. April, um 7:00 Uhr PT (MESZ +9).

**Today in Upland is your chance to snag some interesting virtual properties in England!**

The city release will take place in the so-called vanilla mode, i.e. the collections will only be announced one week after the release. So it's a matter of luck catching collection properties that bring in more revenue, as long as the collection requirements are met. For example, most collections have a requirement of owning 2 to 4 properties in a certain neighborhood or on a certain street.

It is advisable to plan how much you want to spend and in which of the two cities you want to participate. Furthermore, one can also consider where and what should be minted as a priority. **It is also important to be prepared before you start:**

- Pay attention to enough sends.
- Ensure sufficient UPX.
- Arrive on time and be ready to go.
- Disable everything except "Show FSA Markers" in the settings.
- If necessary, to maneuver the Block Explorer in the desired direction in advance by means of sends to already mined properties or the train terminal, if it is traveling in an unfavorable direction.

Since this is a partial release in the two cities, it won't be long before the most interesting regions and special properties are minted. Most players will only be able to mint in these highly attractive neighborhoods if their block explorer is already there. As always, you can mine directly in the area of ​​the Block Explorer and also along the route where the Block Explorer was just before (along the still visible Block Explorer trail). One or the other quick send to certain other positions will do, but you shouldn't take too much time. More expensive properties in rather uninteresting regions, on the other hand, will probably be around for a little longer.

Newcomers are advised to start in Birmingham and prioritize non-FSA properties when releasing (since these sell faster) and only mint FSA properties if the non-FSA ones are not available or in reach.

In the initial phase (during and after the release), good profits can generally be made by selling minted properties.
