ich melde mich erneut mit Neuigkeiten aus Upland: Die Frist für Einreichungen zum Hackathon 2023 ist zu Ende, wir sind mitten in der Sparkwoche, der Mai Car Sale steht an und mit The X Range ist ein Shooter angekündigt! Zudem gibt es Spekulationen über die kommende Expansion - die nächste neue Stadt in Upland.

I'm back with news from Upland: The deadline for submissions for the 2023 Hackathon has expired, we're in the middle of Spark Week, the May Car Sale is coming up and a shooter has been announced with The X Range! There is also speculation about the upcoming expansion - the next new town in Upland.

***Die Einreichfrist für Projekte zum Hackathon 2023 ist abgelaufen***
- Nun sind die Juroren am Zug. Es werden aus allen Einreichungen die besten Projekte gewählt, die im Rahmen der Genesis Week zur finalen Präsentation antreten können.

***Die Mai Sparkwoche ist im vollen Gange***
- Die Mai Sparkwoche läuft noch bis Montag, 29. Mai um 9:00 Uhr PT (MESZ +9).
- Aktuell kann in unterschiedlichen Städten am Sparked Up Treasure Hunt teilgenommen werden, um an die begehrte Sparkbeute zu kommen.

***Der Mai Car Sale***
- Auch diesen Monat gibt es einen Car Sale. Zum Verkauf gelangen 525 Autos unterschiedlicher Modelle. Wie immer muss man sich zuerst registrieren. Die zeitliche Reihung, mit der man (solange der Vorrat reicht) kaufen kann, wird zugelost und eine Stunde vor dem Verkaufsstart bekannt gegeben. Mit Glück erhält man die Chance das gewünschte Auto zu kaufen.

***Mit The X Range kommt demnächst ein Shooter ins Game***
- The X Range wurde angekündigt. Es handelt sich um ein mit Upland verknüpftes Web3-Game, bei dem es um Waffentraining am virtuellen Schießplatz, Wettkämpfe und generell um taktische Kampf- und Militärinhalte geht.
- Das X Metafort wird bald auf dem Grundstück 3000 E Pioneer PKWY Arlington, Texas, errichtet.

***Demnächst dürfte Paris ins Spiel kommen***
- Upland hat immer wieder in Sujets zu Beiträgen mehr oder weniger kleine Hinweise versteckt, aus denen man auf später ins Spiel kommende Inhalte schließen konnte. Allerdings war es selten so unverblümt wie jetzt. Das vor Kurzem in einem Tweet verwendete Sujet läßt kaum andere Schlüsse zu, als dass die französische Hauptstadt demnächst im Spiel verfügbar sein wird. Oder ist es eine Finte?

- The X Range has been announced. It is a Web3 game linked to Upland, which deals with weapon training at the virtual firing range, competitions and general tactical combat and military content.

- Again and again, Upland has hidden more or less small clues in the subjects of contributions, from which one could deduce content that would come into play later. However, it has seldom been as blunt as it is now. The subject used in a recent tweet does not lead to any other conclusions than that the French capital will be available in the game soon. Or is it a ruse?
