Existen dos billones de galaxias en el Universo, una de esas es la nuestra, la Vía Láctea la cual a su vez posee 500 mil millones de planetas, uno de ellos… el nuestro: la tierra. Estos números son relativos, pero no relativos en descenso, son lo que yo llamo: relativos en aumento, puesto que, en realidad, estas son especulaciones basadas en investigaciones de la NASA que sugieren hechos que no hemos podido confirmar por las propias limitaciones de nuestra posición. La verdad es que hay enormes probabilidades matemáticas de que estos números que les di sean mayores (nunca menores( y mayores a tal punto que nunca podamos llegar a una suma o resultado total. Y saben algo, los números son importantes y entre más agigantados estos se hagan estos especificamente, nosotros como entidad viva nos haremos más insignificantes y esa insignificancia enfrentada al resto del universo no minorisa las repercusiones de nuestras acciones. Si solo las vemos nosotros, lo cual justo, está bien. Es positivo para el resto del espacio exterior que seamos algo tan menor como una partícula comparándonos con todo el gran resto… Imagina si pudiéramos capturar en un cuadro de un metro de alto por diez metros de ancho una fotografía panorámica que mostrara el o todos los universos y aun lo que hay dentro de ellos hasta la última cosa en el fondo y luego aquí en la tierra lanzáramos otra bomba nuclear, no se notaría… ni se notara si vuelve a pasar. Por más daño que le causemos al ambiente el sol no dejara de arder por nuestra culpa, los otros planetas no van a desalinearse ni las estrellas caerán del cielo por ello. Solo nosotros y únicamente nosotros, veremos las consecuencias de manera personal o impersonal, de manera directa o indirecta. y es ahí, en ese punto donde empieza otra especie de universo, pero interno y aunque difícil, menos complejo y de hecho, es claro e innegable.
Es aquí donde empiezo y si puedes seguirme, quiero que lo hagas, y con algo de suerte tú mismo escalaras hasta la cima, rompiendo el cristal para que pase la luz.
Es aquí donde inicio y la cuestión es esta: habiendo 78,5 millones de personas o más en el Planeta Tierra, de la cuales más de la mitad poseen un dispositivo móvil, dispositivo móvil del cual proceden llamadas y mensajes de todo tipo a través de múltiples y distintos servicios en los cuales a la vez hay plataformas de toda clase, donde la población mundial más joven y medianamente joven encontramos nuestra recreación. Al final del día todo lo que existe en un ámbito y otro de una forma u otra no se encarcela como sistemas y subsistemas dentro de la Internet, es más bien, una nube gigante que no podemos tocar, claro está, existe porque la interacción constante de unos con otros permite su existencia por los diversos medios y he aquí luego de más de dos mil años donde nosotros empezamos: La Era de la Información.
¿Y porque se le llama “La era de la información” o en últimas instancia: ¿la era digital o era informática?
Porque son estos medios a los que me réferi anteriormente, que la información individual de cada individuo puede ser enviada, contextualizada, compartida y comentada por o con otros. Y es en este último punto cuando la nube se hace tan grande… que lo abarca todo y lo que una vez fue verdad y otra mentira, esta tan difuminado por todos lados en pedazos por esta neblina que lo alcanza todo y desfigura su forma y empaña el cristal que resguarda al contenido. Y esta nube de la que hablo: es la Internet (el mayor puente o medio comunicativo creado por los humanos).
Ahora, te acuerdas de los esquemas del bachillerato? O si acaso aun estas en él, explicare mi idea respecto al orden Y CONSECUENCIAS de la interacción web como un esquema de nubes.
La red mundial como la nube madre tiene hijos y cuáles son: la nube local (y esto incluye o es cultura e idiosincrasia de tu pais), luego vendría la nube personal: tu familia, amigos y vecinos, de los cuales se desprenden perspectivas que a su vez manejan prejuicios, expectativas y creencias. Y luego al final de la cadena estas tú, el o la sujeto que lee esto y es bombardead@ en última instancia por las pesadas gotas que de arriba desprende la tormenta en la nube madre.
Pero esto es el efecto, porque la primera tormenta inicia desde el individuo o mejor dicho, individuos como tú y como yo, desde nuestra área local (y no, no hay un elite que pone ideas en nosotros a través de la internet, nosotros somos la elite en tal caso) somos nosotros los que ponemos ideas de torcidas (claro esta no todo es mal contenido o engaño) en la Internet, las cuales obviamente llegan a otros.
La internet funciona como basurero global para esta clase de ideas dañinas, creadas por la cosmovision propia de cada individuo. Irónicamente utilizamos el mismo medio y contenedor más grande de contenido e información alguna vez creado, para volcar toda clase de falsedades…
Estas gotas son el titular amarillista en el encabezado de un periódico famoso o tal vez el poema patético en un blog de una adolescente americana, las letras persuasivas de una realidad ajena o subjetiva, en fin, tu eres la esponja absorbiéndolo todo y nada. Pero no víctima, puesto que los grupos “amigos y familia (y vecinos)” también son sujetos y tú eres parte de estos y todos a la vez como dije más arriba en principio, somos los gases que fomentan el crecimiento en esta nube digital gigantesca en desarrollo y producción abarcándolo todo en tantas maneras. Por ello todos somos victimarios y victimas en tal caso de nosotros mismo.
Hay un sistema enorme, complejo y desconocido por encima de nuestras cabezas, pero el interno... el universo interno como sociedad, es más profundo cuando los individuos no somos cuatro ni ocho sino millones, habitándolo y compartiéndolo todo en distintos lugares del mismo sitio.
Y un día regular en todas partes del mundo, el sol se alza, en unos lugares unas horas más tarde o temprano que el tuyo, abrimos los teléfonos o el pc y ahí esta esa avalancha de pensamientos y conocimiento contenido en una red digital a la que la GRAN mayoria (no todos) tenemos acceso y entonces tweet tras tweet un titular llama nuestra atencion y me pregunto...
¿Cómo determinamos lo que es verdad o no en un titular?
¿La persona que lo escribio tendria alguna razon para hecerlo con ese enfoque en particular?
Y al fin de todo, ¿de un hecho en concreto se puede hallar una realidad global en este que en marque la realidad de la causa del mismo?
La realidad es que estas preguntas no se hacen y no porque no existan o no sean imposibles, es por el simple hecho de que existe libertad y una de las cualidades de la misma: es la libre expresión y en libre expresión cada quien puede decir lo que le parezca, sea mentira, sea una distorsion a causa de sus creencias o solo relate el hecho.
Y en este punto, donde confluimos todos como la corriente de un rio que conduce toda a una misma vertiente es cuando se inflan nuestras mentes y dan forma a burbujas, tu burbuja, mi burbuja.
Si bien nunca dejaremos de ser ignorantes, porque no llegares a conocerlo todo sobre todo en esta vida y muy probablemente muy poco de cada cosa o persona, esto no nos excusa a hablar y justificar, perjudicar y juzgar sin conocimiento de lo más profundo de la causa. Y terminamos (parafraseando a un filósofo griego) con la manía de hablar siempre y sobre toda clase de asuntos como una prueba de ignorancia y de mala educación, lo cual a su fin es uno de los grandes azotes del trato humano.
Cuando la realidad interna es que:

Esta realidad tampoco nos excusa de no indagar, más bien debería motivarnos a investigar y buscar sin cesar las razones o motivos de un movimiento como #NIUNAMENOS o de las afirmaciones "sin cola ni cabeza" del presidente de los EE.UU y coloque comillas porque tal vez si hay razones tras esas afirmaciones "sin cola ni cabeza", pero eso no lo sabrás sino indagas solo te dejas llevar por el sentido comun "general" y aunque cuando escuches declaraciones racistas o de otra indole por tu propia conciencia os sitema moral diras SI o No, habra otras demas complejidad que necesitaran que fijes posicion y antes de ello deberas saber profundamente porque tomas esa posicion...
Normalmente, lo hacemos cuando eso ya nos afecta porque es cuando lo notamos, es aqui donde viene bien la analogia de la oscuridad y la luz que encuentras regularmente en la Biblia o incluso analogamente en la ciencia cuando Einstein dijo que "la oscuridad es la ausencia de la luz", pues es exactamente lo mismo con la desinformacion. Acá en Venezuela no teníamos ni idea de todo lo que escondía la palabra “marxismo” y aun hoy día esa es la mayor parte de la población, pero la minoría que conoce esto, lo conoce de manera vaga e insuficiente. Tan solo lo suficiente como utilizrarlo como excusa para odiar el gobierno porque reprime nuestras libertades económicas, eso es lo que saben los mas instruidos…

<center> **Hoy fu un día muy particular, me fui al cine con mis amigas tratando de huir un poco del strees y caos diario en el que muchas veces vivimos sumergidos**</center>

<div class="text-justify"> Pues decidimos irnos al cine a ver una película, al llegar observamos por buen rato la cartelera y nos inclinamos por la recién versión de la conocida película #JUMANJI, esta vez muy bien plantea, con unos personajes que en lo particular me encanta su trabajo, son super frescos ademas super chistosos y creo que supieron darle el toque diferente a esta versión que ha sido para mi una de las mejores</div>

<div class="text-justify">El punto que quiero transmitir es que hoy mientras observaba la película ademas de reírme, llorar, asustarme en fin disfrutarla mucho, recibí una pequeña pero gran enseñanza y es la siguiente:</div>

**_La Vida Real es como un Video Juego_**
<div class="text-justify">En donde solo debo conocer cuales son mis fortalezas y cuales son mis debilidades y asi aprender a usarlas a mi favor, porque aun hasta mis más grandes debilidades me pueden ayudar a vencer un desafió, que no debo temer a quedarme sin vidas (en este caso en el juego los personajes tenían 3 vidas) porque en la vida real solo tienes una y debes vivirla al máximo, procurando siempre hacer el bien común, trabajando en equipo y confiando los unos en los otros y venciendo tus temeros, que debes ser valiente y atrevido para superar cada uno de los niveles del juego para asi poder llegar hasta el final y obtener la recompensa, sin olvidar jamas que debes divertirte mientras lo haces!</div>

| body | "สวัสดีค่ะ เพื่อนๆชาว Steemit ทุกๆคน รอบนี้จะมาแนะนำร้านขนมของเราเอง ที่เริ่มต้นมาด้วยความบังเอิญแบบน่ารักๆของคุณแม่
หลังจากที่ต้องออกจากงานประจำ 2 ครั้งติดกันด้วยความเอือมระอากับความวุ่นวายแบบไม่มีเวลาให้ลูก เราก็เลยตัดสินใจลองทำขนมไทยขายดู เพราะคุณแม่มีความถนัดและฝีมือในการทำขนมไทย ที่ทำสืบต่อกันมาตั้งแต่สมัยคุณยาย ซึ่งตอนนั้นเราอายุแค่ 7 ขวบ ได้ไปช่วยยายกับแม่ขายขนมที่ตลาดด้วย
บ้านเราพิถีพิถันกับการตระเตรียมของทุกอย่าง ส่วนผสมทุกขั้นตอน ใช้วิธีการทำแบบโบราณ ค่อนข้างจะใช้เวลายาวนานค่ะ
อย่างขนมสอดไส้ เราก็เตรียมมะพร้าวขูดเอง ตัดใบตอง เคี่ยวไส้ ปั้นไส้เองค่ะ
เริ่มจากการเตรียมใบตองที่ใช้สำหรับห่อขนม ต้องเป็นใบตองที่ตัดจากต้น “ ใบยอดที่ 2 “หมายถึง นับจากยอดต้นกล้วยแล้วเลือกตัด แถวที่ 2 ถัดลงมา เพราะใบตองจะมีลายสวยและไม่กรอบ ไม่อ่อนจนเกินไป ต้องเอามาตากแดดพักไว้สัก 2-3 ชั่วโมงเพื่อเพิ่มความเหนียว.. เวลาเราห่อขนม ใบตองจะได้ไม่แตกค่ะ
ส่วนทางมะพร้าวที่เราใช้คาดกับห่อขนม ก็ต้องเป็นใบที่ไม่แข็งจนเกินไป เวลาตัดออกจากก้าน ก็ต้องนำมาตัดให้มีขนาดเท่ากันเพื่อความสวยงามค่ะ
การเคี่ยวไส้ เคล็ดไม่ลับอยู่ที่ต้องใช้เตาถ่าน ไฟปานกลาง เคี่ยวไปจนมะพร้าวกับน้ำตาลเข้ากันจนเริ่มจะไหม้ เพราะถ้าไม่ไหม้ ก็จะไม่มีความหอมของมะพร้าว อาจจะใช้เวลา 45-60 นาทีค่ะ เคี่ยวไปจนพอเหนียวได้ที่ ก็พักไว้พออุ่นๆ
แล้วนำมาปั้นเป็นลูกกลมๆพอคำ จากนั้นนำไปตากแดดจนแห้ง แล้วนำมาเก็บใส่ภาชนะสะอาดๆที่เตรียมไว้ แล้วรมควันด้วยด้วยเทียนอบ ทิ้งไว้ 2-3 ชั่วโมง จะได้กลิ่นหอมของไส้ขนมแบบไทยๆค่ะ
จากนั้นก็ผสมแป้งข้าวเหนียวด้วยน้ำดอกอัญชัน หรือน้ำใบเตยสด จะได้สีสันที่สวยงามด้วยธรรมชาติค่ะ นวดแป้งให้เข้ากัน เหนียวพอประมาณ เพื่อจะนำมาปั้นห่อไส้มะพร้าวที่เตรียมไว้
สำหรับตัวแป้งที่จะใช้ห่อตัวไส้ที่เราปั้นเตรียมไว้ ก้อใช้แป้งข้าวจ้าวเคี่ยวกับน้ำกะทิ ผสมเกลือเล็กน้อยให้พอมีความเค็มนิดหน่อย เนื่องจากกะทิมีความมันอยู่ในตัว ก็จะใช้รสเค็มตัดนิดหน่อยเพื่อไม่ให้รู้สึกว่าว่าเลี่ยนจนเกินไปค่ะ
ใช้เวลาคนแป้งประมาณ 15-20 นาทีพอเหนียวได้ที่เหมือนครีมทาผิว ก็พักไว้ให้เย็น แล้วจึงนำมาห่อใบตอง
จากนั้นก็นำไปนึ่ง ไฟต้องแรง และน้ำต้องเดือดตลอดเวลานะคะ ใช้เวลานึ่ง 25- 30 นาที เพราะถ้านึ่งนานเกินไปจะทำให้เนื้อขนมแห้งและแข็งค่ะ
