# LOTEEM : THE LUCKY STEEM BUDGET
## [EN] Summary
Loteem is a fundraiser for the Steem community.
Steem is a decentralized community built on top of a blockchain where no owner exists.
Due to the nature of these communities, costs and resources are spent on a variety of issues, but they are left to voluntary participation.
Of course, despite the characteristics of the decentralized community, Steem is often solving many problems with autonomous sponsorship and participation in most cases.
This project was initiated to support the costs of community use.
The project is being carried out using a lottery method to motivate members to participate in fundraising.

로팀은 위와 같이 커뮤니티에서 사용되는 비용을 지원하기 위해서 시작된 프로젝트입니다.
이 프로젝트는 기금 조성에 구성원들의 흥미를 제공하기 위해서 로터리 방식을 취하여 진행되고 있습니다.

자동 보팅에 등록하신 경우 아래와 같은 규칙으로 보팅됩니다.
- 첫째, 보팅 파워가 95%를 넘으면, 100% 보팅합니다.
- 둘째, 보팅 예상 금액이 0.5 SBD를 넘으면, 0.5 SBD만 사용하도록 보팅 과중치가 조절됩니다.
- 셋째, 보팅 과중치가 60% 미만이면, 보팅 파워가 60%를 넘으면 보팅합니다.

- 참여등록하신 분들은 30분 이후, 큐레이션 보상을 보장하며 자동으로 보팅됩니다.
- 단, 보팅파워나 스팀파워가 너무 낮은 경우에는 자동으로 참여되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 참여등록을 하지 않으신 분들은 수동으로 보팅하여 참여하실 수 있습니다.
- **참여등록을 통한 자동 참여와 수동 보팅을 통한 참여, 두가지 방식에 대해서만 당첨이 유효하므로 주의해주세요.**

### 비율과 확률 안내
- 유동성 보상에서 최소 17%를 커뮤니티 기금으로 누적합니다.
- 유동성 보상에서 최소 5%를 해당 시스템의 기여 보상으로 지급합니다.
- 유동성 보상에서 위 내용과 비용을 제외한 금액(최대 약 78%)을 당첨금으로 누적합니다.
- 당첨 확률은 상단에 명시되어 있습니다.
- **보팅 금액이 0.1달러 미만인 경우에 대해서는 다음과 같은 확률을 제공합니다.**
`당첨확률 × ( 보팅금액 / 0.1 )` 즉, 보팅 금액이 0.01인 경우 기존 당첨 확률 대비 1/10의 확률로 당첨됩니다.
- 보팅 금액이 높은 경우에 대해서도 균형잡힌 당첨확률을 제공하기 위하여 확률이 변경될 수 있습니다.
- **동시 당첨자가 발생한 경우, 보팅 금액에 대한 비율로 상금을 분배하여 지급합니다.**

| body | "I have to respectfully disagree with you. The end goal here, which I think everyone can agree on, is for mass-adoption of the game. If newer players are continually belted by players that are eligible to play in significantly higher tournaments, then the game becomes no fun, they stop playing, they stop buying packs and they tell their friends it's shit.
I think there should be Completely open free for all tournaments that anyone can enter without a fee, from Novice to Champion, and you enter knowing that it is likely to attract a big crowd, prizes can run deep (and possibly have a chat feature for a bit of friendly banter during the tournament).
In addition to that, I think there should be restricted tournaments that are purely for players within certain brackets. The Big Guns don't have to be eligible to enter everything, just like the rookies don't have to be eligible to enter everything. The main aim is to make it fun and interesting for all levels of skill and investment, and a combination of free and paid entry tournaments at different levels, as well as open tournaments where level is irrelevant, in my opinion is the way to do it.
