Si compran una FACTORY en 3145sims, 13 LUXURY HOMES en 312sims cada una y 1 HOMELESS para completar la cantidad de trabajadores a un precio de 53, tendrás una inversión total de 7254sims, un ingreso total de 46sims y al pagar los impuestos, del 69% a día de hoy, te quedarás con un beneficio neto de 14,26sims, recuperarás tu inversión en 509 días.
Por el contrario, la combinación 1 AD_AGENCY + 2 LUXURY HOME, a pesar de generar un beneficio neto menor que la combinación de la FACTORY, nos devuelve la inversión en tan solo 367 días, 142 días menos y esto se debe a que el precio y la cantidad de trabajadores de una AD_AGENCY es mucho menor al de una FACTORY.
Las combinaciones resaltadas en la siguiente imagen son las que permiten recuperar la inversión en la menor cantidad de días.
