<div class="text-justify">Hablando de instintos a medida que avanzamos en la vida solemos agudizar nuestros instintos sea para dar respuestas más claras o esta conscientes de lo que pasa a nuestro alrededor, también como medida de defensa se usan para protegernos y evitar que suframos ciertos daños, sobre todo cuando los sentimientos están a flor de piel, los instintos sea de agresiva o pasivo suelen salir a flote como un llamado a lo que está sucediendo y una manera como reacciones a esa situación, ya que en el momento más oportuno es en donde nuestros instintos son más susceptibles y son más volátiles de los que creemos.</div>
<div class="text-justify">En mi caso cuando estoy triste suele tener instinto agresivo y luego motivador, al principio me pongo irritable, como queriendo que nadie se acerque, como evitando tener contacto, suelo refugiarme y evitar todo ello, me refugio en mí misma, considerando calmarme y tomar en momento correcto para salir adelante, ahí es cuando el instinto motivar sale, y es quien me apoya para saber qué hacer y como sobrellevar las cosas que me pasan, no es una tarea sencilla, pero siempre hay una manera de salir de las cosas y hay que escuchar nuestros instintos para lograrlo, aprendiendo a escuchar y saber cómo manejarlos adecuadamente.</div>

<div class="text-justify">También como madre he aprendido hacer más casos a mis instintos sobre todo cuando tu hijo le gusta inventar y hacer cosas que no debe pese a que le indiques antes, es bueno siempre estar alertar, para evitar cualquier inconveniente, como personas avanzamos en un mundo que para sobrevivir hay que saber actuar en qué momento, como y cuando, sabiendo cómo hay que hacerlo sea pasivo, agresivo, motivador o lo que resulte conveniente en el instante. Como madre he podido desarrollar más ello, he canalizado más los puntos en saber que escuchar y cómo actuar, aunque como comenté antes cuando estoy triste paso por diferentes etapas de instintos.</div>
<div class="text-justify">Los instintos son parte de lo que somos, como nos mostramos ante los demás, como defendemos lo que queremos, como apreciamos lo que somos, como nos sentimos, lo que queremos hacer por algo que queremos o en su momento la manera en que nuestro cuerpo se mueve para dar pie a lo que sucede, no siempre es algo que se pueda evitar, pero si analizar si se podría controlar, como cuando se es agresivo por algo que quizás se le pueda dar otro punto de vista y ser pasivo, o cuando mostramos un lado que no es del todo conforme hay que escuchar a nuestro instinto y moderar, para así ser capaz de saber la manera de llevar las cosas.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Speaking of instincts as we move forward in life we tend to sharpen our instincts either to give clearer answers or to be aware of what is happening around us, also as a defense measure they are used to protect us and prevent us from suffering certain damages, especially when feelings are at the surface, the instincts either aggressive or passive usually come to the surface as a call to what is happening and as a way to react to that situation, because at the most opportune moment is where our instincts are more susceptible and are more volatile than we think.</div>
