*Una vez que peleamos la lechoza la vamos a cortar en trozos un poco grandes y los vamos a cubrir con agua y las 3 cucharadas de bicarbonato. Mezclamos bien y vamos a dejar reposar esto por varias horas o por toda la noche. Luego de esto lavamos las lechozas y ya las vamos a poder usar, esto ayudara a que tengan más consistencia y no se rompa cuando vayamos a hacer el dulce.*
